VBV, LLC

Richard Branson's Virgin Group and Dublin, Ireland-based NTR have formed a joint venture company, VBV LLC; focusing on U.S.-based ethanol production opportunities. VBV's first investment is in two 100 million gallon per year production corn-to-ethanol facilities in Indiana and Tennessee. Bioverda is a division of NTR and recently announced a corporate strategy is to invest up to €3 billion globally in renewable energy over the next five years.
